Terms and Shipping

 

Currently, I am using PayPal as my credit card processor. You do not have to set up an account with PayPal to pay with a credit card. If you already have a PayPal account, no problem. However, for those of you without a PayPal account, I understand that setting up a new account may take up to 3-4 days. I realize many of you do not want to wait that long to place an order.
I have found a way around to waiting the 3-4 days to set up an PayPal account to use a credit card. If you email me your order, I can send you a request payment statement from PayPal to your email address. For some reason, if done like this, you can pay immediately. You can email me your order at basicandbeyond@yahoo.com or jamietyedye@yahoo.com and I will send you a PayPal request payment.

DO NOT EMAIL ME YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER. Not only is email unsecure, I won't be able to do anything with it.

All HATS and Tye-dye shirts are hand made by James (owner and operator) and require processing time. Please allow three to four weeks depending on the size of your order. All glass pendants are hand blown glass limited amounts are kept on hand and again require processing time.

Occasionally some items are unavailable and may be backordered (requiring a separate shipment).

All orders are shipped within 72 hours if possible. All orders receive free standard shipping at this time. We will select the carrier, either U.S. priority mail, UPS, or Fedex, whichever will be the fastest and safest for your purchase. Your purchase price includes free standard shipping (5-7 business days for delivery). Large orders will be insured at our discretion.
